Dr. Quintrell, Son of Ether

Dr. Ambrose Quintrell, my Son of Ether. That's a kind of mage, for those of you who don't know Mage: the Ascension. Except, they prefer to think of themselves as Scientists!

Ambrose researches what he likes to call etheric phenomena. That's 'the spirit world' to everybody else. It's a dirty job, but someone has to catalogue the crazy flora and fauna teeming on the flipside of reality. His field work includes wild-eyed chases of invisible entities down Chicago's streets, taking photos of things that don't like to be photographed, and (most importantly) running towards the danger! Many are surprised, then, when they encounter him looking tidy, formal, and fashionably anachronistic in boardrooms or the halls of academia.
